I will go out of my way to either go into target or drive father just to avoid this Starbucks. I have given it many chances. The staff is unbelievably rude and acts like you are inconveniencing them by being there. Every other Starbucks is great. Just avoid this one.

I can’t say enough about Krystal and her exceptional customer service. She recommended one of now my favorite drinks, and I am super excited to know that this Starbucks location will be my go to from here and out.

I’ve definitely noticed a huge improvement here lately! You can really tell there’s new management—everything just feels more organized and efficient. The biggest difference for me is the wait time. In the past, I used to wait quite a while, but recently I’ve been in and out so much quicker, which I really appreciate. The staff seems more on top of things, and the overall experience feels smoother and more enjoyable. It’s clear that positive changes have been made, and it definitely hasn’t gone unnoticed. Keep up the great work!

Ordered and paid for a venti iced ginger bread chai and this is what they gave me for 7 dollars.Cant believe it.The workers here constantly mess up orders I would recommend going to the one at target

I am writing this review to detail a highly unprofessional and distressing encounter I had with a manager (or shift lead) at this location during a recent drive-thru visit. On December 12th, 2025, at approximately 8:30am, I placed an order via the drive thru. While confirming my order on the screen, I took a quick photo of the screen to save a record of my order details. Upon arriving at the payment window, an employee who appeared to be the manager immediately opened the window and aggressively demanded, "Did you just take a picture? Delete it now." When I confirmed I had taken a photo of my order screen, she escalated the situation, falsely accusing me of taking a picture of her employee and stating, "it is NOT okay." Manager's Behavior: The manager was hostile and confrontational. She demanded I show her my personal device and delete the photo immediately, claiming, "Someone did that to my daughter and it was all over social media." While I am sympathetic to her personal experience, this was an entirely inappropriate way to approach a customer based on an assumption. My Response: I repeatedly stated that I only photographed my order screen and had not intentionally focused
